The Foundation for Ethnic Understanding (FFEU) under the leadership of Rabbi Marc Schneier, president, and Russell Simmons, chairman is a 501 (c ) (3) national non-profit organization dedicated to promoting racial harmony and strengthening inter-group relations. We are committed to the belief that direct, face-to-face dialogue between ethnic communities is the most effective path towards the reduction of bigotry and the promotion of reconciliation and understanding. Through projects sponsored by FFEU, ethnic communities across the globe recognize the strength that comes from sharing our similarities and our differences. The Foundation, founded in 1989 has offices in New York City.
